Holding the owner to comply with the development agreement is up to Jerry Morgan and the City. If the developer is not willing to build on the “building J” site the public should be made available the opportunity.

Public monies were used to assemble the land and make it shovel ready. “Shovel Ready” for a bark park is not going to help the short fall in the TIF bond or help Pizza sales.

Thanks so much. It would be very helpful if you could share the original development agreement to form the TIF district. CBRE should have disclosed this data with the Buyer during the due diligence phase of the acquisition.

The TIF bonds have a $310 short fall annually. We need to create as many way to grow the tax base in the district. Building on the “J” site would be a good start. Those 8 lots are ready to go.
